Erstwhile 24 bacon-saver Mary Lynn Rajskub and Lost alum Patrick Fischler will both guest-star in the penultimate episode of Grey’s AnatomySeason 8, TVLine has learned exclusively.In the episode, airing May 10, Rajskub and Fischler will play a couple in the midst of their third honeymoon when they come to Seattle Grace complaining of mysterious symptoms.
Rajskub, best known of course for her run as 24‘s Chloe, most recently appeared on CBS’ short-lived freshman sitcom How to Be a Gentleman.
Fischler’s TV credits include arcs on Lost (as hatch babysitter Phil), Mad Men and Southland, and guest spots on a litany of shows, most recently Californication.

“Penultimate” episode is the not the season finale, it’s the episode before it (8.23).

I think they have a contagious disease that carries over into the finale.

biological case indeed… Mary Lynn was one of the biggest characters on 24 along with jack Bauer and Audrey Raines, nice to see another actress from this show on GA set

I agree with the contagious disease. I think the original who is to die will be from this disease and others will be affected and left as a cliffhanger. What about the spoilers that I have read about “flight” having the doctors split up in 2 locations? And how one group doesn’t know what is going on with the other doctors? and I think alex does not fail the boards but kepner does
