Question: Big Grey’s Anatomy fan. Tell me you have something good about Meredith and Derek. —Tia

Ausiello: First off, let me tell you something good about Grey’s Anatomy in general — I’ve seen Thursday’s episode and it’s really, really terrific. Best of the season by far. Some highlights: On the eve of her wedding, Bailey’s an emotional basket case — equal parts Tasmanian Devil and Bridezilla; Owen and Cristina face a turning point in their relationship, triggered in part by the arrival of their divorce papers; April and Jackson go to great (read: hilarious) lengths to avoid attending Bailey’s nuptials together; Neve Campbell continues to prove that she was perfectly cast as Derek’s sis; and getting back to your question, Derek and Meredith share one of my favorite scenes together ever — a wholly uneventful husband-and-wifey exchange at the hospital that will make you swoon.

Question: Got any scoop on Grey’s Anatomy, preferably something to do with Callie and Arizona?  —NG

Ausiello: I almost forgot! Callie brings Arizona’s 2012 Pity Party World Tour to an abrupt end on Thursday, in the episode’s most rousing moment. You’ll applaud, you’ll laugh, you’ll want to hand Sara Ramirez an Emmy yourself.

Will Bailey actually make it down the aisle on Grey’s Anatomy? Brenda

NATALIE: The promos don’t look promising, right? Bailey will contemplate pulling a Runaway Bride after receiving some horrifying advice from one half of a rocky Seattle Grace couple. However, there is good news on the horizon for one group of ‘shippers, but mum’s the word on which one. Hit the comments with your guesses!

Will Charlotte make it through the pregnancy on Private Practice? — Tori

NATALIE: There’s a reason that Charlotte will be doing this. But it’s Cooper who we should be worried about for now as Mason begins to act out in fear that Charlotte will die. “One of those babies in is in the NICU and Cooper refuses to leave,” Paul Adelstein says. “Charlotte’s on bed rest and is useless, by her own admission, and he’s terrified his child is going to die. Cooper’s handling it, but he’s absolutely spinning out of control.”

  6. what the heck does “mums the word” mean? :???:

    • @calzona1fan, it means they can’t/won’t say who the ‘shippers’ are that have good news coming…. they probably know who but they’re not saying

      • @greysonmymind, i hope its calzona

  7. ‘Mum’s the word’ I think is about keeping quiet about something you know. Mum is the equivilent of mom in US speak. So my guess seeing as Mer is pregnant, is that her scan will go better than pessimistic Mer is thinking it will. Twins?
