How are you getting thru the hiatus? Well, wetpaint has summed up what may take place when GA returns!
“The discord and chaos created by the hospital’s new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace,” says the synopsis. Plus, “the doctors and the interns must juggle several transplant surgeries at once, each coming with its own set of obstacles.”
We assume the “discord” is related to the fact that Jackson (Jesse Williams) has been thrust on the board as the representative of the Harper-Avery foundation, which is now the majority shareholder in the hospital. Or, as Catherine Avery so elegantly put it: His mom bought him a hospital.

I guess there’ll be another time jump, Mer will be further on with her pregnancy too. How can the minority ever get their way if they disagree with the Harper Avery Foundation? The HAF may as well paid for the whole thing outright.

It will be interesting to see how ownership affects the doctors, especially Jackson. Probably complicates Richard and Catherine’s relationship. Things may get messier before they get better????
