The couple is trying to have a peaceful lunch, some chat time together and they can't even get to the elevator in peace. I am sure that is why there are so few candid snap shots of Ellen, she is followed everywhere she goes -- the grocery, the doctors, the coffee shop. What's next? The loo? Really. I just feel like she needs some peace and quiet from the press and will share a photo (or not) of little Stella when she feels like it. If it's a public appearance, like a hospital visit or tv show, where the press are invited and expected, then I just might watch Ellen and enjoy those personal glimpses that are deserved.
