TV Guide spoiler?
By Metriosity | November 11, 2009 | ![]()
TV guide has posted a little spoiler about a couple checking into Seattle Grace in the new year.
Randy Holmes/ABCThe gay presence on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy has been exclusively lesbian in nature up until now. Girlfriends Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), aka Calzona, will share screen time with boyfriends Jeff and Aaron in an early 2010 episode. The male couple, in their 30’s checks into Seattle Grace Mercy Hospital when Aaron, an overweight opera singer, takes ill (Grey’s is looking for an actor who can sing a cappella). Aaron will be supported by his hsuband Jeff, who works as a teacher.

Personally I kinda disagree with him a little. The gay presence hasn’t been exclusively female. What about Joe and Walter? The two gay Marines? The Male fathers of the kid who smashed his head? If anything the gay female presence has been a little under the amount of gay male presence.
Am I wrong? Sound off below Gabblers!
Take it easy!

This spoiler is based purely on the just released casting sides, which give no indication why the couple’s in the hospital, aside from the fact that the opera singer patient is overweight. They might technically be in the same episode as Callie as Arizona, but I highly doubt they’re there for pediatric care.
Sloppy reporting, Lame “spoiler.”

Completely agree with you! I could be wrong, but I don’t think there have been any lesbians pre-Callica. So yeah… And whatever happened to Walter? I miss him and Joe.
And of course my anti-spam word would be hetero…
Makes me laugh.
@calzona24, Technically that’s not true either. During the strike episode, the daughter of the woman Meredith intubated was a lesbian and showed up with her partner.
@xav, Oh, yeah, wow. I actually just watched that episode a couple weeks ago. Completely forgot about that one. Thanks for the reminder!

We don’t need that “distinction”, gay, lesbian, hetero. We just want that they show us the love ^^ I don’t agree with them.
Oh and you are right : )
