When: Sara Ramirez sings this whilst Christmas dinner occurs at Meredith & Derek’s house. (Not sung as Callie, but as Sara Ramirez).Who: Coldplay
What: “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”
When: Richard tells Meredith that he gave up drinking. Sloan and Mark have a conversation.Who: Jars of Clay
What: “Drummer Boy”
When: Owen tells Teddy that he needs to talk. Teddy and Owen talk. Cristina is excited about an organ donor. Teddy shows Cristina a patient.Who: Sebastien Schuller
What: “Awakening”
When: Mike asks Kelsey a question. Owen has a conversation with Cristina. Mark tells Lexie that Sloan will be staying a while.Who: Ingrid Michaelson
What: “Snowfall”
When: Mark tells Lexie about Sloan staying with them. Arizona, Derek, and Mark watch Corey. Bailey apologizes to her dad. Derek finds Meredith tending to Richard.
This has to have been one of my favourite episodes.

Sara sang beautifully tonight. And Chandra’s scene during her singing was awesome Whuat a great piece of acting! I only wish Callie cold have been the one to sing right there at the get together, but like Shonda tweeted, Sara sings, Callie does not.

I’m no huge stickler for details but seriously… on the ABC main page, they have it as “Callie” sings. Shouldn’t they be able to get at least that right? It was Sara!! Sheesh!

@Aussie Lee, ABC website cannot even get correctly that Arizona is an Attending and have her as a Resident and have some weird character bios, so you cannot expect them to know those kind of details. I doubt the runner of the site even watches the show.
Last night had me thinking, Sara can quit Greys Anatomy only if she releases an album. Dont care what kind of songs as long as she sings.That girl has a beautiful voice. It commands to be heard and enjoyed.
*just needed a ranting break. writing a 10 page limit environmental paper but currently on page 12 and still two pages of rough notes to go*

I love the song that is played at the beginning of the episode… but it’s not listed. Kinda jazz-y stylish lol. Or did they alter it? Cause “Snowfall” doesn’t really sound like it.. anyone got an idea?
Overall, good epi. And great music!
