My favorite one has to be the last one because there has been so many great moments outside those doors! I can still vision the first time Cristina met Owen right there and said “Hot”

I wonder if the hospital furniture and all the high-tech devices are real… They look pretty real to me! (well, that’s how it is supposed to be, duh
)
Hmmm, my favorite picture… I guess the forth and the fifth, both took in NICU, I guess. They remind me a lot of Addison, and I love Addison and miss her in GA. I remember that episode with multiple twins, each intern was supposed to take care of one baby. Izzie was taking care of the one who had a heart problem (I don’t remember exactly the problem) and Addison told her to not let the baby die, even knowing the baby would die anyway… It’s a sad memory, but I just love this episode.

the emergency room door looks so different!!! it must look so different for the actors on the show than it does for us.
