A Fan Meets Ellen

Here is a nice little story of a fan meeting Ellen Pompeo and where you may ask? Well Whole Foods of course! Ellen is always seen at Whole Foods 
Totally going there if I ever go to LA, Sandra Oh goes there too! Lets stalk the place! Okay sorry my mind got away from me there, read the fan story below!
A fan experience with Ellen Pompeo:
“Heee! I’ve never posted in this thread before, but had to today: I JUST SAW ELLEN POMPEO AT WHOLE FOODS! I was so excited! She was wearing sunglasses in the store and was in workout gear and looked amazing. She was soooo nice to everyone working there and took her own cart out and apologized to me (in line behind her) for taking extra time to run out and grab a bag of compost. She also wanted a coffee and then said she would wait back in line to get it so the rest of us wouldn’t have to wait anymore. Super considerate! And then she talked to the “do you have a minute to talk about the environment” guy outside the door too! I have to say I love her even more now!!!……
Didn’t notice the Boston accent. I first saw her in the produce section and clocked her because she was fairly tiny (this is NOT weight talk, but she looked normal. I mean, really tiny, but in a healthy way and normal for LA). Anyway, she was wearing workout gear, a hooded white t-shirt and grey spandex pants. She had her big sunglasses on the whole time but not in an obnoxious way. Then I was right behind her in line at the checkout counter and was reading a mag waiting for her to finsh getting rung up (lol, her total was $205) and only looked over when I heard her talking to the cashier.
I was like, ‘that girl sounds like Meredith Grey’! And I looked over and was like, ‘how could I have missed that before!’ Anyway, she was really pretty and, like I said, just super considerate. She asked for paper bags and the lady didn’t hear and was bagging in plastic, and she was like, ‘that’s okay, don’t worry about it, i don’t want you to rebag everything.’ And she went out and got her own compost and, I don’t know, just seemed totally normal and super nice. Cause she didn’t seem entitled, you know? She was wearing glasses, but wasn’t all ‘Look at me’ about it. It just makes me love her and want the best for her.

Wow Ellen seems just so nice and normal. Not like those celebrities that are stuck up and annoying, she is environmentally friendly and does things for herself. She does not need people to do things for her and she doesn’t expect it either. I just really wish I was this fan who met her like I would just stop breathing! Totally jealous, what do you all think? that was an awesome experience, i may sound stalkerish, but i wonder how she smell in real life.
.. these actors, like her who are grounded earn more respect than those who expect to be treated better than the rest.

I am hopping on a plane right now to stalk whole foods, hmm i guess sandra is in canada from those picutes so i’ll wait till the new year,

wow you’re so lucky. my life would be complete if i saw ellen. or any grey’s cast member for that matter.
actually, i was in one of the los angeles whole foods this past summer while i was visiting there. i should have looked more closely

@danis, sadly we found this on a fan forum but they do not know whose story this is…so we do not actually know who this fan who met her is.

I can’t imagine being behind of Ellen Pompeo in the line of a supermarket and not freak out! I’d probably do something really stupid, because that’s what happens in such cases with me…
But yay for you who got the chance to see her so close!!
