VID: JCap interview with Self Magazine.

Here’s a great vid of an interview with Jessica Capshaw for Self Magazine where she talks about keeping fit and how she does just that!!  Enjoy!

When Jessica Capshaw isn’t starring as pediatric surgeon Dr. Arizona Robbins on Grey’s Anatomy, she’s chasing around her 2-year-old son, Luke, and spending time with her husband. So how does the busy mom have time to fit in fitness? She shared her stay-slim secrets (she loves to dance!) with SELF entertainment director Laura Brounstein and me on a recent visit to SELF’s office.

    Wow she is so cute and gorgeous! Love those boots like dam I seriously want them! Do you think she would notice if I creep in her house and take them?? Of course that would take me flying to LA and finding out where she lives…hmm…it can be done! I believe! Of course I can always just buy similar ones… :lol: Guess we will just have to see ;-)

    Ok, the first time I watched: didn’t hear a think, I was too focus on looking at her and smiling at her smile and laughing at her laughter…. :mrgreen: About the outfit: loved the shoes, not so much the dress. About working out: well… I walk three kilometers a day to go to Uni, does that count as work out? =/ Jessica has an amazing body, I don’t know if it’s because of the Tracy Anderson Method, but I’m sure Id find her gorgeous with or without all the work out. :D She’s lovely, as always, and fun! I love that she’s always smiling and laughing at her interviews, she’s so nice to everyone! :)
