An Angel sings Silent Night! – Updated with Vid

And we all know who that angel is don’t we… yes.. exactly.. The amazing Sara Ramirez!! It’s time to listen to the beautiful voice of Sara as she sings Silent Night and watch the scenes that have been put with it.. all of which have moved us all before!

Yes, speechless… breathless… I cannot even think after listening to this!! And it’s playing in my headphones over and over for what must have been half an hour by now!! lol And I just can’t.stop.myself. Overreacting?? I don’t mind, I’m really trembling and so happy for having waited the whole day yesterday and today, and the whole night… It was worthy.

i dont get why everyone loves callie and sara ramirez so much.. the other castmates are just as talented…dont get it
@emma, not EVERYONE loves her, but of course on posts like this you are going to hear from the ones that do, like myself

@emma, Everyone has their personal preference when it comes to the GA cast and I believe the same thing could be said about the other characters or actors of GA that grace GG with their presence everyday, more frequently in my view than SaRa and Callie. GA is an ensemble cast but only a select few get the recognition for the success of GA and SaRa is certainly not one to be given credit even though she deserves it. Blogs like these give SaRa fans a chance to show their appreciation and if you google any other cast member you would certainly get thousand more dedicated to “other” cast members and still get people who ask what is so great about them,
For me what I love about SaRa is who she is as a person and the talent she posesses in her acting and singing without being egotistic about it. Her Tony award speech is what won me over. She was sick as a dog but still made it to the ceremony. So if articles like these make it to the main stream media about her, I will gush and awwwwe and go all fangirl crazy on them because she is that talented. she is a great actress and a wonderful singer with a personality that you cannot help but fall inlove with.
@Aussie, continue giving this wonderful and beautiful person the spotlight and recognition she deserves because God knows she doesnt get the spotlight she deserves and has worked her ass off to win.
@GAaddict, I would’ve replied @emma, but you just did the best job on it! I have anything else to add, you said everything! Oh, maybe this: I love that Sara thanked the doctors and Claritin in her Tony Award speech. She got me there.

Wow, that was so beautiful. The Grey’s vid just made it even better! Gosh. Was one of those MerDer kisses new? I don’t recall seeing it before. I could be wrong though. Maybe it was at Thanks Giving… cause Mer was wearing the same jumper. Hmmmm. Doesn’t really matter…cause all MerDer kisses are AMAZING
@Maddie, thats the first thing i noticed too! new MerDEr kiss lol hte video was sooo sweet with all the couples and then the lil piece of Mer/Cristina and Mer/ Lexie lol i justed loved the video….AND the singing cant forget that lol

I have tears in my eyes. Sara’s version of this song is beautiful. ABC you did a great job putting the video to Sara’s amazing voice. I saw her in Spamalot and she is just an amazing talent. I’m hoping that Santa will make this available to download somewhere soon

I loved her before she was on Grey’s because on Spamalot… she soooo deserved the Tony… <333…. Amazing version of my fav Christmas song!

@RitaD, I am broadway fan all together and when I first saw her on Grey’s as Callie when she was fixing George’s shoulder I screamed so loud I scared my parent…. Similar when Idina Menzel was on Private Practice last season

haha) Loved her since I saw Wicked and fell more in love with her when I saw the movie RENT 
I know pretty much all the words to Sara’s parts in Spamalot (lady of the lake) and every single word of Idina’s parts in Rent/Wicked (Maureen/Elphaba)!!!!!!!!! Plus, I absolutely <33 her husband Taye Diggs as well
