Oh I love it when we get Promo Pics don’t you??!!!  It makes me alllll kinds of happy!! :D :D :D   Can you tell? ;)   Anyways… check out the latest promo pics firstly from the PRP side of things, with Mark and Sloan in LA.  Ok so I’m working back to front but it’s the holiday season.. it makes us all go a little crazy right?!  Hello???  Hmmm.. k.  Under the cut they go!!

    oh a Mark filled episode my dream come true….although if the rumors are true then i think my heart will be breaking too

    i got a question though how far along do you think Sloan is cause shes looking pregnant there

    Mark looks angry! His daughter can walk around so she’s not in critical condition!

    All this emmtional tension won’t lead to any happiness for SloAd.

    But will Mark be unfaithful in Seattle before this episode. I think there’ll be some SloAd action in PP just to keep the viewing figures up

    I think Lexie/Alex will happen in Greys. Mark/Addie in LA.
