And here are the Promo Pics for the Grey’s Anatomy side of the January 14 Crossover Episode!! YAY! Now if you weren’t excited a few moments before.. well I sure hope you are now after seeing these!! Under the cut so as not to spoil! 
Awe… I love seeing Addie back with the ‘gang’ at SG!! It just seems so ‘right’!! And well I can’t go without mentioning Callie and Arizona… and WOOT.. Arizona working with Addison.. double win!! 
Oh who am I kidding.. I love seeing them all.. just some more than others of course!! So what summations can you come up with from these pics?!! Apart from the fact that January 14th is just way too far away!!!

I love that there are so much Owen and Cristina pictures! I was not expecting that! And why is Cristina chasing Teddy out of the hospital?
At least that’s what it looks like to me…Love that Owen is smiling and with Meredith, they are bonding! The boyfriend and the best friend! Woot!
And I agree with you AussieLee about Addison being back with the gang especially Callie, it makes me oh so happy!

omg i am very happy to see more derek and mer but it sucks cuz they are not together. i wonder wat addsions reacton to derek and merediths marriage on a post it is going to be. i bet “see she is still a preschooler” and if she does say that i will be so pissed cuz she is more than a preschooler she is a happy marrrried women. Okay so lets see with solan solan i am very curious . How far pregnant is she? wats wrong with her baby that addsion has to be her doctor? Is she going to keep the baby? I need answers can come one plzz help me with that?

Yay for everyone else and all that but the Addison and Arizona scenes is was I’m dyinggggg to see

Addison + Arizona +Callie = Shonda had so better not mess up my image in my head! I can;t wait to see this!
@Metriosity, Haha! I said the same thing! I said, “They better not screw this one up!” But I’m really trying not to give my hopes up… BUT I CAN’T WAIT!!

When I first heard that episode 6.11 would be a crossover I was already very excited. Because I love Addison so much and miss her so much at SG. And now that I saw those pictures, oh man, I can’t wait till January 14th!! It’s much better than I’ve thought!
Addison and Arizona in the same scene, in the same case: dream coming true!! I so want to see Addison’s reaction to Arizona, if there’ll be an introduction from Callie, what she’ll say about Arizona… And also I miss Callie and Addison’s fellowship, they’re great together! I love that picture with both of them and Derek, that Addison looks like she’s making fun of him… That’s so Addison.
And there’s Callie… oh, boy… She looks gorgeous!
I can’t wait to watch this!

LOL. On a super important note… what have they done to my beloved McDreamy’s hair?
Someone got a little gel/mousse crazy I think. I really want Bailey to make a crack at his overly moussed hair 
Hehe. 
Also, I hope that Addy is a bit I dunno… not upset, but… in some way… not super excited/pleased that MerDer are together, married, and happy. Cause she’s all depressed right now and hasn’t found anyone again yet. MerDer have been it from day 1… so yeh. I dunno why but, I want her to have some slight jealousy or SOMETHING over that. Dunno why
But yeah.

She wasn’t happy at all last crossover when Mark told her that Derek was going to propose or about the ring that his mother never gave her!!
I think she is making fun of him about the post it! [It looks like she is making fun of him from the pics].
And I am scared about Lexie and Mark.. I want them to be together but from the spoilers I think that the future for them it is going to be bad:/.

I think Ad is at a very low ebb in her personal life(the last 2 ep of PP show evidence of that). Also for Ad to see Der happily married(if somewhat unconventionally)may be hard to bear. I don’t think we’ll see a lot of Ad Der time together. In these photos Der seems too busy to bother with AD
Lots of Cris, no chief or Lex in evidence, only one photo of Mer. But these promo pics don’t guarantee the photo scenario appearing in the episode
